This has been present for me for the last few Firefox versions as well as with JFW going back to at least JFW 14 and all its hotfixes. Not all websites, but sites like Lifehacker, deadspin, Gizmodo, Gawker and so on. I have written to FS about this in the past, but nothing's really changed.
