Hello Dave, Thank you for the advice. My Windows are at Max and CTRL D does work, but if I want to get out of that list because I wanted to do something else Escape does not get me out of that list.
Control R does not Reply so I have to go to the JAWS cursor and find the line that says Reply then hit the PC to Jaws and the reply form is there. To Send a new message I have to hit the Application key, then Q twice to Quick step Enter then Enter on New so I don't know what is wrong. I's say maybe the Escape key has a problem since I need to alt F4 when I want to close and not delete a message, but the Escape key works correctly in other programs.
