You can go to the help menu in Jaws. There you will find the list of options. Or, you can press the letter P, and it will take you to update.

Subject: Updating Jaws?

Hi,

I just purchased Jaws 15 and don't recall where I go to download or update
to this version?
Thanks.

Kimber is correct. The same key sequences work in Office 2010.
Please be aware, however, that just because the comments are deleted, that
does not mean others, with the right tools, cannot access those comments
anyway.
Word documents have something called metadata. Persons with Metadata tools
can retrieve deleted comments and other information about your document.
Either use a third party metadata cleaner or, in Word 2010 (and perhaps
later), go to File, Info, and Prepare for sharing.
Just follow the prompts, and your document should be cleaned of the
indicated metadata.

Hi Tom,

There are a couple of ways to do this depending on whether you want to
delete one comment at a time or all comments at once.

In either case, you will want the review tab which you reach by pressing alt
R. I recommend looking over and familiarizing yourself with the review tab
since it has a lot of options with some pretty powerful functions. But
getting back to comment handling. If you want to delete all comments in the
document the key sequence is alt R, D, O. If you want to delete only "shown"
comments, the sequence is alt R, D, A. To delete a single comment the key
sequence is alt R, D, D while your cursor is positioned on the comment you
wish to delete.

These key sequences work in Word 2013, but I believe 2010 is the same or
very close.

I hope this is helpful.

Kimber
