Actually Kimber, I did already check that, and yes. It most definitely is
set to always. That actually was one of the very first things I looked at.
Keep in mind, I'm an extremely extremely advanced computer user, so this
definitely was one of the things I thought to check. That said, thank you
for the suggestion. I agree whole heartedly that normally would have been a
very good thing to check.

This may be an obvious suggestion but, in addition to checking start
jaws at the logon screen and start jaws after logon for all users,
make sure the start jaws after logon for this user combo box is
indicating always. The other options in this combo are never and
something like all user profile, but I think what you want is for jaws
to always start after logon as long as you aren't sharing the computer
with a non-jaws user.

with running at the logon, but as soon as I type my password, then hit

Is this a known issue with JAWS 15 in combination with Windows 8.1? Is
