Shift F10?

This list is so great.  I just bought a new laptop last week.  I got a 
great entry level laptop with Windows 7 Home Premium on it.  (I really 
wanted Windows 7, and I didn't need 7 Pro but Home Premium can be harder 
to find.)  The only drawback is it doesn't have an Applications (context 
menu) key.  Somebody mentioned Shift F10 tonight in another context.  
Does that function like the context menu key in all situations?  I guess 
I never knew that shortcut.
