In Word 2010 go to files/options: alt-f, then t. In the grid that
appears arrow down to Trust center and tab to trust center settings
and press enter. Uncheck the ones you don't want and okay, and okay again.

Hello,
I've done a little research on this and I think I've found the solution, but
I thought someone here might have already dealt with it and would be able to
share their experience. After opening the Word 2010 attachment I find that
it opens in protected mode and I have to click into the document with the
mouse to make JAWS focus and read it. Would this be corrected if I set
Outlook to not open documents in protected mode? What other solutions might
you have for me? BTW, it happens with all Word documents so I know that it
is not document specific.
Thanks,
DJ
