Hi Kane,
Check the Action Center. I used to have an error message and I think it was
in Action Center I found a message instructing me to install a driver or
update or something. The link was in the error message. I hit the link, the
thing was installed, and the message went away and the PAC Mate works fine.
At least it did the last time I tried it.
