Aware is a web based data entry system. The state division of blind services uses it to maintain client records. Any time we teach a client, we make a case note detailing what they learned and their progress towards their goals. The counselors use it to keep track of any correspondence between the counselor and client, to keep track of rehab plans, and many other things. Many of the links on the web form have shortcut keys associated with them. For example, if I remember correctly, pressing alt+c activates the case note link, and alt+f activates the finish link. I haven't used it in over a year however and my memory may be off. Here in Florida, the division of blind services seems to try to keep most of the site accessible.
