I have right clicked on the play and downloaded the sound to the computer. That way you can listen to it as many times as you need.
I don't use FireFox. Tony -----Original Message----- From: Jfw [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Jim L via Jfw Sent: Sunday, May 25, 2014 8:49 PM To: The Jaws for Windows support list. Subject: audio capture and Jaws Heya folks, Now here's a weird querky thing since I have moved to my new Windows 7 64 PC. Am having huge trouble with any type of audio capture on eBay when I want to send a message to a dealer about a product of course the dreaded play audio etc security is on this page. Let me explain what happens and wanna see anyone else who has this issue. In the latest Jaws 15 and IE 11 the play audio is totally silent no matter what I do, I need to say I have the latest quicktime pro installed also and with my old XP always heard this dreadful audio of the so called numbers if one can half understand the crackling message. On firefox web vissum doesn't work on this ebay screen says no audio capture is available, and then when I click on play audio this time I hear the dreadful message but guess what? My whole firefox browser just says blank, blank, blank etc etc etc doesn't matter even if I have another firefox page loaded does the same thing. Only way out of this is to close all firefox browser and load up a fresh page then Jaws reads the home page etc again. Interesting footnote though just heard the play audio in firefox using NVDA and guess what? It works without my firefox just say blank blank etc, so Jaws Tech folks please take note of this would like a fix please. Can anyone help me with suggestions or a work around how I can fix this with Jaws?
