On this laptop, the FN key has to be used in combination with the other Jott's
keystrokes for example when checking the time, I have to use FN key plus caps
lock plus f12. Does anyone know how to change how the keyboard reacts because I
do not want to use that key in combination with other keystrokes. I tried
holding down the FN key for about 30 seconds and nothing happened. Can someone
help? The laptop is Windows 8.1.
