I am using Windows XP, Internet Explorer8 and/or Firefox 30.
When I visit:
https://www.google.com/cse/home?cx=000183394137052953072:zc1orsc6mbq
I do not experience any such annoyances.
I can't determine whether it is your browser, your Windows, or something
else.

Subject: Google Accessible Search Site
Greetings: When I visit this site:
https://www.google.com/cse/home?cx=000183394137052953072:zc1orsc6mbq
it works fine but if I visit it a second time later in the day I get a
Certificate Error and can only get back to the site with a fresh reboot.
Do others experience similar behavior or is this annoyance unique to my
Windows 7 and the latest JAWS combination? Thanks.
