I do get that, but always in a situation where Windows has not fully loaded; those system tray icons are loaded either last or next to last I believe. The other situation where that happens is when my office machine has gone into its automatic lock mode after 15 minutes of no keyboard activity. After I log back in, the system tray list comes up just fine.
