I would just go ahead and uninstall and reinstall JAWS. I have never had any luck with the repair option, and Freedom scientific tech support recommended the above be done. You will lose speech at some point in the uninstall, so be sure to have Narrator running before you get to that point. Narrator talks a bit more than JAWS, but works fine for finishing the uninstall and doing the new install. Been there, done that!

Hi list, I am running windows7 home premium 32bit. I run jaws15 wich is up to date. I cannot open the jaws menu, neither with the shortcut keys, and neither from the startmenu. I thought I would try to repair, but if I open the latest .exe 32bit download, it just says that this version cannot be installed and advice me to go fru control panel wich won't work as you only have uninstall options there, no repair option. Any ideas as to what to try? -- Facebook: m.facebook.com/aidan.maher92 Skype: andries4451 Twitter: smarttalk7 Audioboo: www.audioboo.com/DjSpotlight _______________________________________________ Jfw mailing list [email protected] http://lists.the-jdh.com/mailman/listinfo/jfw_lists.the-jdh.com _______________________________________________ Jfw mailing list [email protected] http://lists.the-jdh.com/mailman/listinfo/jfw_lists.the-jdh.com
