I know there are all sorts of reasons for leaving one's computer
on; however, regardless of what one does with the computer itself,
I recommend unloading JAWS. It is also a good idea to reboot the
computer just to clean out the junk and memory leaks. JAWS has
been notorious about memory leaks, but it isn't the only problem
with such tendencies. So, even if one leaves the computer on, a
nightly reboot is, to my way of thinking, a good idea.

I live in an upstairs apartment, and can't afford air
conditioning. In the summer, it can reach 105 Deg. F. inside. So I
turn my computer off, because I don't want my CPU to fry like two
others before it did.

Incidentally, I have three fans inside the computer tower.
