I know there are all sorts of reasons for leaving one's computer on; however, regardless of what one does with the computer itself, I recommend unloading JAWS. It is also a good idea to reboot the computer just to clean out the junk and memory leaks. JAWS has been notorious about memory leaks, but it isn't the only problem with such tendencies. So, even if one leaves the computer on, a nightly reboot is, to my way of thinking, a good idea.
