Hi, all.

I realize that there could be any number of causes for this problem, so I am
not sure if I'm giving the info needed to address it, but here's a start:

Recently, on this particular laptop, I have noticed an issue with Internet
Explorer 11.

Specifically, whenever I bring up IE, I can tell that my default web page is
there, but I can't seem to navigate the web site at all, nor any other, for
that matter. My arrow keys don't work, insert F7 for the links list doesn't
work, the tab key doesn't work, etc..

I also have Firefox on this computer, which seems to work fine.

So, for now, I'm using FF as my web browser, but would like IE as well,
since sometimes IE works better than FF for certain web sites.

I previously had an issue on this computer with the Bing search engine
coming up and making web navigation with IE difficult, but am not sure if
this is what is causing my current concerns.

Any suggestions for resolving this issue would be appreciated, and I'll try
my best to give more info if that is needed.
