In Settings Center go to Text Processing, General, and Indicate Capitalization. 
Hit space bar until you get to Read by line word char spell.
Then Arrow down to Speech and Sound Schemes. Go to Speech and Sound Schemes, 
and hit space bar until you get to Proofreading attributes and Font info.
Also there is an option under Say All that may be of use to you too, but try 
playing with these settings and see if that works for you.
