You know, you are right. I can do this in Firefox, and I've been doing
it so long that I forgot it didn't work for me in Internet Explorer 11.
I think I could do it in IE10, but I wouldn't swear by it. In Firefox
it works quite well, except occasionally when I try to tag someone,
Firefox will say that person's name, but then slip to another person's
name, and sometimes I have to double check that the right person is
selected. Once you choose the name you want, pressing tab will enter
that person into the message.
