One of my JAWS users is having a particularly rough time getting the insert key to work when using Jaws and the mainframe. He's using the desktop keyboard layout and has numlock turned off. Switching to laptop layout and turning on numlock have no impact on the insert key in use on the mainframe, we already tried that. Any suggestions?
