Below are some instructions that I received from a technology teacher with services for the Blind in my area. In the outlook program, press control 3 to open contacts. 2. Press "alt" to take the pc curser to upper ribbon. 3. Press letter h to go to home tab. 4. Press down arrow once. 5. Press "tab" once to go to the "new contacts group." 6. Press "enter"to open the "new contacts" group" dialog. 7. the cursor should go directly to the "name" edit field. Type a name for the contact group in this field. 8. Press "alt" to go to the upper ribbon. 9. Press letter h to go to the "contact group" tab. 10. Press letter M to go to the "add members" tab. 11. Press C to select "outlook contacts". 12. Use arrow to go through the list of contacts.Press "enter" when adding names to the group. Continue through the list "entering" on each name to add. (this step did not work like these instructions for me. I had to search for each name and then "enter" on that persons name which included the email.) 13. When you have completed the list, tab to "Ok" and press "enter". 14. Supposively, you now have a dialog in focus for your new created group. 15. Press "alt" to go to the upper ribbon. 16. Press letter H for "Home". 17. Press down arrow once, then press "enter" to save your new contact group. I hope this will help. For me, some of these instructions did not work, but, it gave me some direction to work from. I eventually succeeded in creating a group. Just "Hang in!"
