Hi Chris,
I believe he said that they were installing JAWS 14 latest version on a W7
64 bit machine.
I did the same installation the other day and it went very well.

The question still remains. What version of Windows? Are you installing
onto a 32-bit version of Windows or a 64-bit version of Windows? Either
way, make sure you downloaded the correct version of Jaws either the 32-bit
version or the 64 bit version.

We did install from the web-site. Not sure why we're getting this error
now.

Hmm, did you install from a disk or download?
Sometimes that install disk is not all it is cracked up to be.
I might be tempted to remove JAWS and install from Freedom's web site.

Maybe you should tell us what version of windows you are trying to install
to, please.

Hi folks! I have installed JAWs on a client's new computer, and I'm getting
an error message that says that the the Freedom Scientific display driver is
not properly installed. I've run a repair, and updated Windows, to make
sure all of the drivers are current. What can I do to resolve this issue?
Do I need to rerun the repair?
