Mario,

I think you are fighting with MS-Word formatting.

I am using MS 2007 but things have not changed that much.

 

One way to do this is: Look for Format Text, and see what you can find
relative to line spacing.

 

An emergency solution is: 

Select Format Text,

    then STYLES and 

    then  No Spacing. 

Select that.

You may have to re-do the Font selection and size.

Hi listers, how do I get MS Word 2010 to not skip a blank line when I press
the enter key? whenever I print an envelope, the addressee has a blank line
between the name, address, city/state/zip.

I'm going to need to know for Word 2007 and 2013 as well. I don't want these
blank lines whenever I press enter.
