Hi Cliff,
I've always been an HP user and I've never been able to read any of the HP screens with Jaws. I'm using JAWS 15 on a windows 7 laptop and it's still the same. Although, I've been able to get a bit of info from the HP screen by using the built in OCR option in JAWS.

Subject: Jaws 12 and HP

I just got a two year old HP desktop, 64 bit, running Win 7 home edition. No matter what I try, my 64 bit Jaws 12 can't read any of the HP screens. Does Jaws 15 have the same problem? or can it read the HP screens okay.

Cliff
