Hi Jim, there are a couple of issues with autocomplete in wlm. The first is that it only autocompletes the names or email addresses of contacts. The second is that Jaws doesn't automatically read out the autocompleted text. So one way of getting round this is to type in part of the name or address, press tab, and then press insert + up arrow to read the completed text. Note that if it couldn't complete the text, then you're moved to the next edit box, indicating that you have to go back and try again.
