First, the preliminaries. I'm running Jaws 12 on this machine and Outlook 2007. I have the Outlook folder list shut off but I'm using the reading pane. About a month ago Outlook started reading things from the reading pane when I get a new message. This was a change from prior response. Something changed, and I'm not sure what setting got changed. Any ideas?
