Michael: We switched to Office 365 at work this past Spring. ... I find Outlook to be very accessible with Jaws, with only a few very minor issues.
I haven't gotten into the calendaring feature yet, and that is next on my list. Overall, though, I'd say accessibility should be pretty promising for you.
