I see this behavior in IE as well. What I do is use insert+escape to refresh the screen. It then reads the new page. Well, as I mentioned in the first post on this thread, my experience has been that when I follow a link in Chrome, Chrome follows the link and displays text from the new page, but JAWS still thinks its on the old page.
