Sometimes there's a post button, and sometimes it says Share Link. It
all depends on what you're sharing.

In my experience, I have a terrible time tagging in Internet Explorer
11, but it works much better in Firefox.
You would say @ and start spelling the person's name. You can either
keep typing the name until you get what you want, or you can start
typing the name, and then down arrow through the options to select the
person you want.
Then tab to indicate that you're through with the list of names. Does
not work in the mobile version of the site, only the full site.
