Hi Andre,
Good news, I think you are getting all the attachments! I have the same
operating system and Office versions you have, and I have always experienced
the same thing. For Outlook 2010, when you tab to the attachment field, the
count you get is always 1 less than the actual number of attachments. In
that field, whenever there is an attachment, an item identified as "message"
is always in that first position, and is not an actual attachment. So if
JAWS told you 7, there are actually only 6 attachments. I don't understand
it either, but trust me on the result. So you are good to go!

Subject: Saving attachments in Outlook 2010.
I'm not sure if this is a JFW question. I thought I'd ask just in case.
I received an email with seven pics attached. I executed a save all
attachments and it worked. Except only six of the seven pics saved. How
would I save the seventh pic?
Has this happened to anyone else? Or is there a trick to assuring all seven
pics save to disc.
So you know. I use windows 7, Office 2010 and Outlook 2010.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Andre
