If you put in titles and decide you don't want them at all, you either have to delete the .jsi file, or reset the title rows/columns so they are out of your way. Resetting is easier than deleting. You could set column xx as the row title. JAWS doesn't read to the left of the row title, so xx would be out of the reading range. You could set row 300 as the column title, and use the rows above it.

To delete the .jsi file
1. Open programs.
2. Find your version of JAWS, which will be closed.
3. Open it with right arrow.
4. arrow down to 'explore JAWS', which will be closed
5. Open it with right arrow.
6. Arrow down to 'explore my settings and press enter.
7. The first item is 'personalized settings'; it isn't selected.
8. Select/open it.
9. Delete the .jsi file that matches your Excel file name.

good luck!
