When you're in the application, Press JAWS + F2, then arrow to keyboard manager. You are then in a list of different applications with hotkey assignments. You should already be highlighting your application. Press Tab to jump over to the list of actual hotkeys. There you can arrow up and down to locate the hotkey combination you want to change or delete.
