Hello Gezim:
I have no idea why you can't open some websites, but one thing you can
do is to restore your system to before the windows update.
First try to determine how far back to restore.
press the windows key
type check
arrow down to check for updates and press enter.
Tab to Update history and find the date of the last update.
Then restore your system.
press the windows key.
type restore.
Follow the directions.
If you've never done this before, find a friend to walk you through the
process or get your pc to a repair shop.
