I'm very happy using a Hovercam instead of a flat scanner. It takes up very little space and comes with a mat that enables you to position documents for scanning. No sooner have I clicked "Yes" for the next page than it is ready for me to remove that page and scan the one below. Remarkably fast. I just lift up the scanned page and click "Yes" again. Unlike jean, who mentions she just got a Hovercam, I'm using software from IRTI. This is not a recommendation of IRTI's product, any more than it is a pan. I have no idea which software works best with Hovercam, but obviously you'd want to be sure the two can be paired.

Though II have not used one in some time I have a Pearl and it is sometimes a pain. -----Original Message----- From: Ann Byrne via Jfw Sent: Monday, November 17, 2014 10:58 AM To: Nicole Massey ; The Jaws for Windows support list. It's fast, but not as accurate as my Cannon LIDE100. _______________________________________________ Jfw mailing list [email protected] http://lists.the-jdh.com/mailman/listinfo/jfw_lists.the-jdh.com _______________________________________________ Jfw mailing list [email protected] http://lists.the-jdh.com/mailman/listinfo/jfw_lists.the-jdh.com _______________________________________________ Jfw mailing list [email protected] http://lists.the-jdh.com/mailman/listinfo/jfw_lists.the-jdh.com
