I too have been frustrated lately, there used to be edit boxes for entering the quantity of items you want, now it's a pop up and I can't seem to figure out how to change it. Johna

Finally, I switched back to JAWS and just clicked on the continue button on the select shipping option page and landed on the select payment option page, still not knowing whether I had selected free shipping or not. Hoping for the best, I clicked on the continue button and landed on the place your order page. I reviewed my order, and noticed that free shipping had been selected, after all, but there had been absolutely no confirmation of this on the shipping option page. I clicked on the button to place the order, and my order was successfully completed. But a few minutes later, when I received my email order confirmation, I noticed that it did not contain the order number. I had never before received an email order confirmation that did not contain an order number. Obviously, Amazon is never satisfied leaving things alone. They are constantly tinkering with their web site to the detriment of their blind customers. The "accessible" site is not really accessible, after all, especially if there is now no way to know for sure which shipping option has been selected until you reach the place your order page. How is this improving accessibility? Maybe Jeff Bezos should spend less time dreaming about drones and spend more time trying to make his company's web site truly accessible for all.
