Hello all,

Has anyone else seen the following? this is under Winodws 7 Enterprise and JAWS 16. Sometimes (while carrying out ordinary work and under no obviously special circumstances), JAWS and the entire system become extremely unresponsive. After pressing a key, it takes many seconds to respond.

This has led (at least once) to Windows Explorer and JAWS 16 both crashing. Without someone else to assist, once JAWS has crashed, my only option would be to perform a hard reset of the machine.

What's the best way to obtain system diagnostic information that would help to work out what's happening so I can submit a bug report to the right vendor?
