Hi, Are the preview pane and preview handlers disabled? If not, try the following.
To disable the preview pane: 1. Open "Computer". 2. Tab until you hear "command module toolbar, organize button" 3. Press the spacebar to activate the menu. 4. Arrow down to the "Layout" submenu and select it. 5. Arrow down to "Preview pane" and press Enter to uncheck it. 6. See if the problem persists. To disable preview handlers: 1. Open "Computer". 2. Open the "Tools" menu. 3. Select "Folder options". 4. Navigate to the "View" tab. 5. Tab to the treeview of options. 6. Arrow down until you find the setting labeled "Show preview handlers in preview pane" 7. If it says that it is on, press the spacebar to toggle it off. 8. Tab to the "Apply" button and select it to save the changes. 9. Tab to the "OK" button & press enter to close the "Folder Options" & save your changes. 10. See if the problem still persists. Take care. Mike This email was sent from my, iBarstool. ----- Original Message ----- From: Cristóbal via Jfw To: 'Gerardo Corripio' ; 'The Jaws for Windows support list.'
