Thanks for this tip Brad. I hope I can find such a setting. I had been looking for such, but I was having trouble accessing the settings page with Jaws. I will have someone sighted assist me this weekend.
I will also follow up on the idea of using Outlook to connect to their mail server. I guess I assumed when they gave me the web page, that their mail server is not exposed to the internet. The whole thing was annoying to me until I went into the settings and enabled the feature, "Use the light version of Outlook Web App", and then it was quite functional with JAWS.
