I saw 16 restart last night for the first time. Didn't think much about it, until I discovered it came back in time-limited mode. What a bummer that would be around the office! We also got a new roll-out of IE10 night before last, and now the JAWS cursor performance in at least one crucial app is God-awful--that thing has to go!
