I use The Old Reader. It's very Jaws accessible. I have it set as my home page in both Firefox and IE. It also syncs well with my iOS RSS app of choice, but that's a different topic. First 100 feeds is free and then I think it's $2.00 from 101 to 500 a month and then another tear after that. You can also make an annual payment of $20.00.
