Follow this location:
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Freedom
Scientific\JAWS\VersionNumber\Settings\enu

Note: By default AppData directory is not visible. You need to unhide
this directory before proceeding.

Works under Win 7, 8 and 8.1.
