Hmm, I get this "unable to access server" now and then with Research It in JAWS 
14. 
This has only recently started to show up so it may well be a problem outside 
of JAWS.

I'm also experiencing this with 16, and if I use Research It, then try to 
access a link, it tells me that the server is busy and to close the app 
accessing the IE server.  J 15 works fine.
