Hi Feliciano,

Make sure the ribbons are maximized! To maximize the ribbons do the
following:
To navigate ribbons more efficiently the ribbons need to be maximized. The
keystroke is, control + F1. This keystroke is a toggle so, this keystroke
will maximize & minimize. To check if the ribbons are minimized / maximized
do the following:
1. Press the, Alt key, to open the ribbons.
2. Open the context menu with either the application key or, shift + F10.
3. Arrow up or down to the, Minimize, option. If, Minimize, is checked, the
ribbons are minimized Pressing, enter, on this checkbox, will uncheck it &
close the context menu & your menues will now be maximized.

Take care.
Mike

Subject: Virtual ribbons not working on Outlook or word 2010

A friends Windows 7 professional computer has JAWS 15 and 16. We enabled
virtual ribbons on Outlook and word and they do not work when we arrow down
on file, home tabs etc. JAWS 16 was installed today to troubleshoot the
problem as I thought JAWS 15 was the problem. Has anyone ever encountered
something like this? Help would be appreciated, thanks
