That goes for the free state returns as well. The professional software we use at work is heavily dependent on forms and schedules with limited question and answer interaction. Fortunately they've made huge improvements in the latter this year, particularly for JAWS users. For consumers I really love the new look of MyFreeTaxes this year, but for tax pros, not having access to the forms can make us a little crazy, so we use Taxwise in the professional arena.
