Just checked out the answer from Soronel.   Say all starts at the beginning of 
the line on which the cursor is located.  If you are on the last line it will 
only read the last line.  If you want to start reading at the beginning of the 
document, press Control plus home and it will take you to the top of the 
document.

Say all normally starts from the current cursor position, possibly the
