Use JAWS Key plus the letter S until you hear it say Highlighted.
That should fix it.

Heya folks,
All of a sudden my Jaws 15 is speaking the clock time every minute, this
seems to happen when Im on the taskbar or accessing the system tray or

a windows update and when windows boots up.
