Hello: I warmly recommend Al Yardley. I have received training in Office 2010, Word, Excel, and other things, and he is a very competent JAWS user though he is sighted, so he can both see what needs to be done and why things are not working with JAWS, and find workarounds. His rates are very reasonable. He is a wonderful trainer.
