Barbara, this would depend on how the upload site is structured. Are you trying to upload them using a form of some kind? If so, there may be a specific way to do this. In some cases for example, you have an upload button that you can click on. When you do this, a browse option shows up allowing you to browse to the file location and select it. Again, it depends on how the grant application has been designed. Can you tell us more?
