Hi all! I'm working with several users of JAWS/Magic, and I am encountering a problem when using Internet Explorer. I'm trying to pinpoint the cause of the issue.
Sometimes, when the users start Internet Explorer 10, they receive an error message saying that Internet Explorer has stopped working and needs to close. The message says that a problem with this program has caused Internet Explorer to stop working. I'm wondering if JAWS could be causing the issue. We're using the latest build of JAWS 15. I have also tried IE 11, and IE 8, with no success. It doesn't seem to matter which version of IE we use, this error continues to pop up. It doesn't happen every single time. I am wondering if anyone out there has a suggestion as to what I need to look at in order to resolve this issue.
