When working with an ascii file, Jaws is saying the tab character as "tab" and showing a single space on the braille display. I need to be able to check alignment on items between lines, so I'd like Jaws to honor the tab expansion done by the editor, and in particular show spaces on the braille display.
I haven't found an option for this. I did see the toggle options for 8 pixel spaces, but that is really for the almost the reverse of this problem. Help appreciated.
