Windows 10 is the next version after 8.1. It is currently in public beta, and the release is expected to come out later this year. At this time, however, it still has a lot of bugs that need to be squashed, especially when it comes to screen reader support, so it is best to wait for the release, which, like previous versions, should fix most (if not all) of these issues.
