I get that with Windows Vista, Jaws 16, and any app with ResearchIt. Even
from the Desktop, with no other apps running. Went back to Jaws 15, and
don't have that problem.
I'll install the latest Jaws 16 and see if I get it.

I am using W7 64 bit, JAWS 14 and Office 2007.
When I use Research It and go to Wikipedia for rest of the article I get
the
message that "server busy, in use by another program".
I can not find what program has the server tied up.
Oh yes, I use FireFox.
